The "Community Self-Help" NGO is guided in its activities by internationally recognized humanitarian and ethical principles, as well as internal policies that ensure responsible, transparent and safe work with people and communities.

Humanity
We work to preserve the lives, dignity, and mental health of people affected by war and humanitarian crises.
Civil humanitarian focus and protection of the rights of war victims
The organization works to protect the mental health and resilience of Ukrainians in the context of armed aggression by the Russian Federation, provides humanitarian, psychosocial, and medical assistance, acts in accordance with international humanitarian law, and does not engage in military or partisan-political activities.
Impartiality
We provide support according to needs, regardless of gender, age, ethnic origin, religious beliefs, political views or other status.
Independence
The organization maintains autonomy in decision-making and program implementation, acting in accordance with its own mission and humanitarian standards.
Accountability and Transparency
We strive for open communication with beneficiaries, partners and donors, ensuring proper monitoring, reporting and ethical use of resources.
