Community Self-Help, as an initiative group, started its activities in 2015 by implementing the Community Self-Help project. The Community Self-Help was registered as a non-government organization on January 31, 2022.
The mission of the Community Self-Help is to defend the interests of the Defenders of Ukraine, IDPs, and their families and to develop self-reliance skills in the civil society community.
NGO "Community Self-Help":
- Provides medical support to hospitals and Defenders of Ukraine;
- through educational and advocacy campaigns, ensures the resilience of Ukrainians in the "information warfare";
- advocates for the medical and psychosocial component of the "Veteran's Journey Map"; implements scientifically based, internationally recognized advanced methods of psychological assistance in Ukraine;
