The meeting was hosted by Dr. Susan Song, a child and adult psychiatrist, director of the Global Center for Child and Family Mental Health at Harvard/Boston Children's Hospital, and professor of psychiatry at George Washington University. The event was moderated by Dr. Kateryna Buchko, a psychosocial support volunteer from the NGO "Community Self-Help". The meeting was held in a hybrid format – live in Lviv and online in ZOOM.They talked about accompanying women with children during a mass evacuation and behavioral strategies of a psychosocial support specialist.

The event is organized within the framework of the project "Lviv unites and strengthens", which is implemented by the NGO "Center for Social Innovation" with the assistance of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) in Ukraine with the financial support of the European Union.
